Open Gym: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm  

     - bring your own basketball
       - under 14 needs parental supervision  

   Please join us for the following summer clinics.  Parent must sign participation agreement, & sign in your child each day they attend the camp.  Come as you can, meaning child does not have to attend every session.                                                                                       Fall registration will take place through Aug. 10 during the Clinics.😊

Child's league age for soccer is determined by subtracting the year they were born from 2023.                                           


      FLAG FOOTBALL SPEED CAMP CONDITIONING for girls & boys

July 25 – August 12, 2022  (MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, FRIDAYS from 6:30 – 7:30). Come as you can.                                     

Child's league age for flag football is determined by the child's age on September 1, 2022.                                           


        CHEER CAMP                                                

 the week of August 1, 3, & 5, 2022, Monday, Wednesday, & Friday only from 6:30 - 7:30.

Child's age for cheer is determined by their age on September 1, 2022.

In addition to the program fee, participants will be required to pay a $25.00 out of district fee if they do not reside within the boundaries of Recreation District #11.  This is a yearly fee assessed once per year per sport from July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022.

Every Saturday: 10:30  Soothing Stretch Yoga

Soothing Stretch Yoga class is a slow paced, chair-based practice of soothing stretches to loosen muscles, reduce stress and improve circulation while boosting your mood and reducing stress and joint strain. Yoga poses are modified so they can be done while seated in a chair to make yoga accessible and all-inclusive no matter your experience level or physical condition. Please join us for mindful stillness and warm up movements that will energize the body and help you enjoy the rest of the day with openness and ease. We supply various props such as chairs, blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps to achieve comfort and support. All are welcome to this body affirming yoga class that makes poses accessible to all shapes and body sizes, no yoga experience or flexibility needed. This class is offered on Saturday mornings, see class schedule for dates.


Well Being Yoga class is a slow paced, mat based practice with stretches that are held for longer periods of time. Offered in the middle of the week, this class is an excellent time to reconnect, reflect and tune into your own well-being with slow and gentle yoga movements that are all inclusive no matter your experience level or physical condition. We supply various props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps to achieve comfort and support. All are welcome to this body affirming yoga class that makes poses accessible to all shapes and body sizes, no yoga experience or flexibility needed. This class is offered on Wednesday evenings, see class schedule for dates.
